Facility Rules

We keep it simple. Help us keep the facility in great shape for everyone.

Rules

Members must have an active membership and a valid booking to access the facility.
Do not share your access code with anyone outside of the listed guests on your tee time. Your code is tied to your booking and your membership. Any unauthorized sharing of access codes will result in loss of membership.
Please leave your bay clean when you’re done. Throw away any trash, wipe down surfaces, turn off equipment, and return any items to their original position.
No metal cleats or spikes. Athletic shoes or non-spiked golf shoes are recommended.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed. No glass bottles allowed.
Be respectful of the equipment. Intentional damage to simulators, screens, mats, or any facility property will result in membership termination and you will be responsible for repair/replacement costs.
The facility is monitored by 24/7 security cameras for the safety and protection of all members.
Guests are welcome but are the responsibility of the booking member.
No smoking, vaping, weed, or use of intoxicating substances inside the facility.
Please vacate the bay promptly when your reserved time ends. The next member may be arriving for their booking.
No more than 4 people should be present in any simulator bay. All bystanders must stay clear of the hitting area when a club is being swung.
Swing responsibly. No reckless swinging that endangers others. Inspect clubs and balls before use - do not use cracked or damaged equipment
Children under 16 years old must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.
Members are fully responsible for their guests' behavior. Each guest must sign a Guest Waiver before entering. Member is responsible for ensuring that their guests have signed the Guest Waiver.
No threatening, abusive, or illegal behavior. Be respectful of noise levels. Appropriate attire is required.
In the case of an emergency, immediately contact medical emergency personnel at 911.
