General

Q: Do I need a membership to play?

A: Yes. A membership ($20/month) is required to access the facility and book tee times. Tee times are $15/hour on top of the membership. There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel anytime.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: Sign up on our website. It takes about 60 seconds. Once your membership is active, you can start booking immediately.

Q: Do I need to book in advance?

A: Booking is recommended to guarantee your bay, but walk-ins are welcome if a bay is available.

Q: How do I access the facility?

A: When you book a tee time, you’ll receive an access code via text and email. Enter the code at the door at your reservedtime. No keys, no cards, no front desk.

THE FACILITY

Q: What simulators do you use?

A: We use Foresight launch monitors, which are the same technology used by PGA Tour players and top club fitters. Theyprovide pinpoint accuracy on ball speed, launch angle, spin rates, and more.

Q: How many bays do you have?

A: We have 3 simulator bays. Each bay is a private hitting area with seating space behind it.

Q: What courses can I play?

A: You’ll have access to 100+ courses including famous layouts like Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, Pinehurst, and many more.You can also use the driving range, skills challenges, and other game modes.

Q: Is there anyone on-site?

A: FullTime Fairways is a fully automated, self-service facility. There is no staff on-site. The facility is monitored by securitycameras 24/7, and our team is available via phone, text, or email if you ever need help.

Q: Are you really open 24/7?

A: Yes. The facility is open every hour of every day, 365 days a year. Book a 6am session, a midnight session, or anything in between.

WHAT TO BRING

Q: Do I need to bring my own clubs?

A: Yes, please bring your own clubs. We do not currently offer club rentals.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Whatever you’re comfortable in. Athletic shoes or golf shoes are fine. No metal cleats, please.

Q: Can I bring food and drinks?

A: Absolutely. BYOB is welcome — bring whatever you want. We also have vending machines on-site with snacks and beverages. Alcoholic beverages MUST leave with you when you exit the facility as people of all ages are welcome. Be responsible.

BOOKING & BILLING

Q: How long are tee times?

A: Tee times are booked in 1-hour blocks. You can book multiple consecutive hours if you want a longer session.

Q: Can I cancel a booking?

A: Yes. Cancel up to 2 before your tee time at no charge.

Q: Can I bring friends?

A: Yes. The bay is yours for the full hour. Only the person booking needs a membership — bring as many friends as you want.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: You can cancel your membership anytime through your online account. No cancellation fees. No hassle.

EVENTS

Q: Do you host tournaments?

A: Not yet. We will run regular tournaments and leagues for members at all skill levels. Check our Tournaments page or follow us on social media for upcoming schedules.

Q: Can I book a private event?

A: Yes. We accommodate birthday parties, corporate outings, bachelor parties, and more. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
